There is magic in attending music performances —on the wings of melody and music my fingers start drawing & sketching in sync to the mood & the beat. This work started as a scratchy sketch but expanded into a more studied drawing for this woodcut. The excitement of the music and the smooth wordiness of the piano both came through.
