Shopping for a granddaughter’s birthday present, I saw this dress in a Philadelphia clothing store. I photographed it and turned it into a relief print. The surprising thing about it is that the plate is made by using layers of masking tape! I inked the plate and used Chine-colle to add the red and yellow shapes to the plate before it was run through the press.
