This piece represents my search to find my new identity. I recently lost the love of my life. Now I am alone to face the world. In my work with handmade paper, felted wool and fabric, I use materials that I have used over and over again. They are my comfort “food”.Hopefully working with familiar materials in new ways will help me move forward as an individual.
