This is a painting from my Canyon Rhythms series, paintings of my remembered visit to the amazing Grand Canyon. Paintings evolved over time in my studio through an intuitive process using meditation, music and improvisation. Works slowly unfolded so that subtle transformations of the surface were allowed to emerge.
