GUIDELINES:

Definition: Must be original work, no Giclée reproductions of original works, in the following categories:
Oil, Acrylic, Wax, Photography, (Digitally manipulated must be recognized as such in the title.) Mixed Media, Collage, Sculpture, 3D, Printmaking, Pastels, Watercolors, Ceramics, Digitally created art must be labeled as such. Video art will not be accepted.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• There are no size restrictions for entries.
• Artwork that has been previously exhibited in a NAWA Exhibition will not be accepted.
• Accepted works cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibition.
• ALL WORKS MUST BE FOR SALE. Price, title, dimensions of entered work cannot be changed.
• Graphic violence and/or lewd sexual content prohibited. Nudes are acceptable at the discretion
  of the committee.
• NAWA reserves the right to refuse work not professionally presented (see guidelines below).

ENTERING YOUR IMAGES:

• Entry form must be filled out in its entirety.
• List sizes up to the nearest inch.
• Submitted JPEG images must not include matting or frame. Crop the photos to include only the
  artwork. Images with watermarks or superimposed information will be disqualified. Images must
  be right-side-up.
• Name each image in the NAWA standard for all labeling, as shown here:
  lastname_firstname_titleofwork_medium_size_price
• Images should be of good quality, 1100 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi, and not exceed 2MB
• Images should be in JPEG format.
• Image submissions that are not sized or labeled correctly may be disqualified

SALES:

• NAWA receives 30% commission. Artist will receive 70% of sale price.
• Artwork does not need to be framed for sale.
• If a purchased artwork is to be shipped, the payment and details will be determined between
  the artist and buyer, including whether a frame is included or not. After the sale is confirmed by
  the office, the artist will be given contact information for shipping or pickup.
