I am a multidisciplinary artist, author, and lifetime educator. My creative practice is a dialogue between nature, technology, and the transformative power of narrative. I seek to bring overlooked details into sharp focus—a visual philosophy that mirrors my professional dedication to finding the unique story within the larger picture of a lived life.
My work is deeply influenced by symmetry, color, and relishing the unpredictable. This fascination with “the story within” has evolved into my current exploration of the natural world through found objects. By repurposing terrestrial elements—such as rooster feathers and pressed botanicals, I aim to deconstruct their original forms to tell an entirely new story, reimagining the familiar as something unexpected and ethereal.
