My focus lately has been on abandoned houses, buildings abandoned railway stations and cars, historical sites and nostalgia. As I age my focus is on “things that were” instead of “now things”. It stirs my imagination to think about how these places, and things are no longer relevant, but at one time were alive and relevant.
