We would like to encourage all members to become ambassadors for NAWA. The NAWA 136th Annual Members Exhibition is coming up in June. This is a good time to consider creating an award to be given at the Annual Exhibition. You can honor an individual, a family member or a favorite art professor. You can create a family award. To create and fund an award, go to thenawa.org website, find the menu item on the website that says “DONATE” and under that, “Fund an Award.”
Investing is a wonderful way to support sister artists. Consider purchasing a piece from any of our monthly shows, informing collectors of our website, on-line shows which include the Meet the Artist talks, and by bringing them to gallery openings.
Sponsorships are an ongoing project for the national organization and the Chapters. Consider who you know, what connections they might have individually or corporately that would have an interest in supporting the oldest women’s fine art organization in the country. Please look at the website, click on “DONATE” and then “Support NAWA”. Catalogs, brochures and rack cards can be sent to prospective sponsors from the national office upon request. If you need help with wording or content, the PR committee can help.
