Yankee Pond

I have been doing a portfolio, studying this pond, for over 15 years. I shoot it all times of the day, in rain and snow storms, in every season, depending on what is is revealing on a particular day. It is a beautiful place, with an active beaver’s den, and changing seasonal growth. There are sunny days, ominous days, stormy days etc. The pond never disappoints me, Having a house upstate for many years has revived my interest in all things having to do with nature; and nature does not disappoint.
