This body of glass artwork depicts my personal journey of exploration of kiln-forming glass techniques over the years and bringing to life other facets of my art into glass with my live model sketches. Over the years I have been studying different glass techniques, and at the same time sketching live models. My goal was to have the live models as glass art pieces. Learning enamel drawing and experimenting with powders to form different tones has enabled me to do just that. The pieces are layered glass with backgrounds using various glass powders and stenciling. This combination reflects drawing skills with kiln-forming glass.
