This work commemorates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. I am deeply touched by the story of my ancestor, Ralph Hemenway, a man of 23, who died at the Battle of Bunker Hill fighting for freedom from tyranny. He left 3 young children behind but we will never forget his sacrifice.
