While photographing one very cold morning in New York City, I noticed a woman approaching half a block away.. She reminded me of my sister. Using some plastic sheeting hanging from a doorway as a filter I made an image at a slow shutter speed. Upon returning home I found it. There she was. My sister never said goodbye as I had arrived too late.that fateful day. This felt like my moment to do so.
