Recently moving my 3D clay portrait busts from Boston to my new home in Savannah was challenging. Upon arrival, I tried my hand at bas reliefs yet several broke for various reasons. Frustrated, I decided to cast my pieces in bronze – using the lost wax process.
Carved directly in wax then cast in bronze, this piece is one-of-a-kind.
It is unique and cannot be duplicated.
