Different media enable a variety of ideas to form and emerge and small dimensions encourage experimentation. What one produces in monotype on a press contrasts with what one creates using encaustic and can look unlike anything done with paper collage. All three media are direct, spontaneous and playful. Here are three skyscapes or, as I prefer, three fantasies about looking out and up. A good way to begin the new year.
