My art is a vibrant celebration of nature’s dynamic energy, inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of Naples, Florida. During a morning walk, I was captivated by the shimmering sunlight kissing the horizon, the playful splashes of fish beneath the surface, and the gentle sway of seagrass on coral as it danced to the rhythm of each tidal wave. Through the expressive medium of Monotype and impressionistic mark-making, I endeavored to capture the gulf’s movement and vitality—including its intense color palette and abundant life below reaching upward to the sunlight.
