As one of my earlier pieces of art, Animal Kingdom, was pivotal in understanding what I’m capable of as an artist. To me, this piece means so much more to me than an homage to the vivid and diverse colors and animals of our earth. It honors animals as sentient beings and draws a relationship from human to animal. We are more alike than we think. However, ultimately the meaning behind this piece is up to the viewer and whatever connection they inspire with it.
