Birds go about life in what appears to be total freedom:
– freedom of responsibilities
– freedom of demands by others, of flying anywhere anytime any place. . And yet, certain species stay gathered together as a unit providing safety: safety in numbers, safety in gathering food, and safety location. This duality is what intrigues me to paint them, for I am a 2-legged bird. in disguise.
