This is one of a series of small paintings exploring the light and impact of Sunshine and Moonbeams in the South Florida Everglades, particularly in the Fakahatchee State Preserve. Each scene is abstracted, and a similar palette was used to give unity to the series with the goal of having each painting able to stand on its own.
