I am a jewelry instructor. As well as teaching, my professional career has been creating one of a kind art jewelry pieces. Besides using precious metals and stones in my work I developed techniques to add color and form with alternative material, particularly epoxy resin. My work is included in several museum collections including the Renwick in Washington D.C., the Cooper-Hewitt National design Museum in NY, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Newark Museum and others as well as private collections.
I started painting seriously for my own enjoyment several years ago. I joined a local art group and have been showing my work in local shows.I look forward to continuing doing so as a NAWA member.
