My mixed media practice is rooted in the concept of rebuilding—as both a tangible process and a metaphor for transformation. Rebuilding acknowledges what has been lost while opening paths toward renewal, resilience, and new possibilities. This balance between memory, history, and reinvention is central to my work. This mixed media collage reflects on how we create our paths through life. How we face obstacles, opportunities, choices, and large social systems that develop our fully layered and textured selves. A subtle Fibonacci sequence to 21 hints at our formative experiences quietly directing our fate.
