This painting is about a woman who works at a small Siberian railway station, trying to look good and respectable even with a meager salary. She has a difficult life but she tries to keep her self-esteem. First I named this painting “Trans-Siberian Merilyn”, but my hero does not have such a bright life, so I changed the title.
