In working on my painting “South Florida,” I wanted to express my admiration for the natural beauty of this unique place. The rich diversity of flora and fauna. The bright sunlight. The rain washing the leaves of the tropical trees. The expanses of water and golden sand. The combination of the rich greenery, the sun-drenched houses, and the bright blue sky over the turquoise sea, all of this makes this place for me magically captivating.
