There is nothing stranger and more beautiful than what nature conjures up, and bullwhip kelp is no exception. This piece aims to capture the feeling of a gray day on the beach, interrupted by strange beauty.
I work primarily in acrylics and gouache and often incorporate found objects, and I focus on the interplay of color, texture and abstraction.
