In Bow to Mother Nature, I swirled heavy pastes in the style of pointillism to honor HER design –one which could entice the observer to amble through a field of lush greens — where the sun kissed the poppy reds, vivid violets and brilliant blues and the air was drunk with their perfume –finding with each step, a blessed peace. This was the place within me some time ago when I imagined this painting. I turned to the glory of Mother Nature to soothe an ache in my heart and feel my own blessed peace.
