Pieces of Me
“Pieces of Me” invites viewers to reflect on their own experiences of heartbreak, offering a space for solace and transformation. In the process of creating this sculpture, I navigated my own emotions, caring for the piece with tenderness as if I were engaged in a dialogue with myself about the complexities of breakups.
This journey underscored the importance of self-compassion and the necessity of allowing time to heal. Inspired by my personal experiences, my creative process was rooted in deep introspection and a profound connection to the material. Ultimately, “Pieces of Me” seeks to resonate with others, fostering contemplation and encouraging them to embrace their own paths toward healing and renewal.
