I took this photo of a dilapidated old barn next to an almond orchard on a ranch south of Chico. I was fascinated by all the clutter and if it had been safe, would have explored inside. My photo has been described as “an image that pays tribute to what remains of the past and a nostalgia for a world that no longer exists.”
