I make prints and drawings of the people I love, the people who are part of my community. I find them in their spaces and reveal a bit about them through the objects, light, and compositions I find them in. Sometimes I make self-portraits, too. I am trained in traditional figure drawing and work most often in soft pastel, but I am a firm believer in learning new processes–the monotypes here are examples of this.
