Having been an artist and a math educator for 20+ years, she feels privileged with precious teaching and learning opportunities to navigate, and explore the beauty of mathematics. In the creative process she tries to loosen her grip on the mathematical formulae to allow asymmetry, chaos and at times rhythmic symmetry and surprises to show up. The work involves messiness, challenges, and sheer joy to watch the infinite possibilities of shapes and curves to arise behind numbers and formulae.
