As a painter with a long standing meditation practice, which has engendered an interest in consciousness and transformation, I am seeking to provide my viewers with a portal to a spiritual world through which we are connected. In our daily lives we focus on fragments of the whole of life. In my work, I use light as a visual metaphor depicting the fragility of form and our shared transitory state of being. I attempt to harness the deeper meanings behind the surface and create a portal into a more conscious and fulfilling way of being in the world.
