My work explores the ability of art to evoke visual memories. My work explores the juxtaposition of the uncontrolled and the controlled in living. I explore the blurring of boundaries between the serious and the trite. The process intense pieces reflect a desire to make-a satisfaction from the contemplative repetitive nature of craft. Each seed bead is hand placed with an attention to the design created from placement. My work gives no answers. My voice is quiet, allowing the viewer to bring oneself to the work-so to listen to oneself.
