Nadine Saitlin
Nadine is a fine artist: painter and sculptor, using concepts of abstraction, cubism, and surrealism. Her goal is to create seductive surfaces and provocative forms that involve the viewer.
She creates unique images and narratives from her imagination. As she states, “I want my vision to be fresh and direct, as one sees in a child’s artwork. I use primary and contrasting colors, moving lines, and overlapping shapes producing dynamic patterns and intricate designs with acrylics on flat, and third dimensional surfaces.”
Experimenting with different materials has allowed her to expand artistic boundaries. She redefined the use of the plant gourd as a third dimensional canvas where the owner can choose the composition.
A Chicagoan, Nadine now resides in Boca Raton FL. Exhibiting throughout Florida and nationally and in many private collections. Teaching, designing educational materials, and directing advocacy programs has shaped the direction of her art.
