For over 40 years, I have followed my inward vision through processes based on experimentation. I have painted in many media in sizes from 6 inches to 6 feet. Each medium has presented new challenges, and each painting is a fresh opportunity to discover something new. Pictured here are representations of several series which have evolved over the years. Although some paintings are purely abstract, much of my work has a sense of place, and some are actual landscape abstractions. Most recently, I have been creating Forest Inscapes, inspired by the woods of Oregon in which I live and paint.
