Jeanne Goodman
I create art to shed light on the human toll of conflict and displacement . By focusing on the victims, particularly women, children, and families,I bring attention to their experiences and struggles, which are often overlooked in mainstream discourse. I’ve dedicated several series to different refugee populations, highlighting the universality of suffering and resilience across various contexts. The use of different mediums and techniques adds depth and texture to the work, enhancing its emotional impact. I use my art as a means of advocacy and storytelling— tool for fostering empathy and understanding.
