Sleeping is a waste of time. Even if I never had to sleep, I still wouldn’t be able to do everything I want. This body of work explores the concept of being in two places at once. In “Jenn at Blue Garden,” this theme comes across with opposing light sources. In “Japanese Garden at Bellevue House,” the bridge provides a connection between two shores. My vision is that juxtapositions between two places becomes most apparent in the placement of individual works hung on a gallery wall.
