Diana de Avila
Diana de Avila, the “digital chameleon” artist from Sarasota, Florida, began her creative journey in 2017 amid personal challenges, including a relapse of multiple sclerosis and a worsening traumatic brain injury. Despite these hardships, her innate artistic talent blossomed, fueled by acquired savant syndrome and synesthesia.
Diana has created over 2000 digital artworks without formal training. Cosmic beauty fuels her inspiration, drawing from quantum physics, chaos theory, and divine order firmly rooted in fractal geometry.
She actively embraces the “Techspressionism” movement founded by Colin Goldberg pushing the boundaries of digital art. “Soldier, Sister, Savant,” co-authored by Diana, showcases her remarkable journey, sharing her story and artistic evolution from 2017 to early 2021.
Diana is represented by Define Art Gallery, Sarasota, FL.
