Chroma Spectrum: Exploring Color in Art, is an exhibition celebrating the diverse and impactful use of color in women’s artistic practice. Color has long served as a medium of expression, communication, and transformation. This exhibit seeks to highlight how color can shape meaning, evoke emotion, and tell compelling stories that reflect personal journeys and broader cultural narratives.
NAWA is seeking works that demonstrate a deep exploration of color’s potential. Whether used symbolically, emotionally, or formally, color should play a central role in conveying your artistic vision. Consider how color reflects your experience as a woman artist and how it shapes your perspective on themes of identity, heritage, culture, and personal expression.
