I’m an intuitive, gestural, abstract painter guided by movement and color relationships in my work. As I paint, brushstrokes along with other applications of color evolve into overlapping shapes that can merge into floating, amorphous forms. Each painting is an open field for experimentation. I am pleased when surprises occur, bringing constant new beginnings into my process.
