Spiritual Journey arises from my own meditation practice and the inner landscapes I’ve traveled in silence. The seated figure reflects the stillness I return to, yet the luminous spiral at the core mirrors the movement I feel within—a quiet unfolding that guides me toward deeper truth. This spiral became the heart of the painting, a symbol of the soul’s path as I have experienced it.
The serpent-like current ascending through the body echoes the sensations of awakening and renewal that surface in meditation. As it transforms into flame at the crown, it speaks to the moments of clarity that come only through surrender. The gold and white wings surrounding the figure evoke the unseen protection and grace I’ve sensed along my own spiritual path.
This work invites viewers to pause and recognize their own evolving light, just as I continue to recognize mine.
