In 2024 I became inspired to paint large. I set up my 1930’s old wooden garage to be a summer studio, where I could make as much of a mess as necessary and not be too precious about my strokes. The results are bold expressions of my body movement and my psyche. I respond emotionally to each stroke, shape and color and that connection leads me to the next step. This painting has been painted over many times.
