I start with the line and allow the line to guide me to a story. Once I see a story, I bring it out for others. I love using mixed media because of the variety of textures and marks I can create.

Like a bouquet woven from resilience and love, these six women stand together, their strength intertwined. They lift one another, knowing that surrender is never an option when those they love depend on them.

A mother weaves an enchanting story in which the air around them shimmers with magic. The barely visible figures exist within a dreamlike haze of swirling greens, purples, and golden hues.
