Pebble Beach represents a special place for me and my kids. When they were young, we would walk down to the bank of the Eagle River near our home in Colorado. Loaded with small rocks from the spring runoff, we would have throwing contests with the stones to see who could get the most “skips” across the river. I always smile when I remember those lazy summer days with my young children and the joy in their smiles.
