Based in Hampton Bays on the East End of Long Island, I collect seashells and marine-life fragments from which I create small sculptures and abstract assemblies that form the basis of my photography. I am drawn to the soothing rhythms and repeating patterns of the design elements found in nature. I marvel at how their beauty endures, despite a tumultuous journey. My images try to capture that essence and share that feeling with others.
